I lost my debit card for the first time. I decided to go to this branch to get a new one. I couldn't of felt like more of an inconvenience. I could tell that Carla was just annoyed that she had to get a debit card for me. She wouldn't even let me finish my sentence before letting out a sigh and telling me that I could go sit and wait. Horrible customer service. This poor lady hates her job.
I don't know what it is about this branch but everyone here seems like they have no interest in being there and could care less about customers. I've only recently had one nice interaction with a teller with crazy nails. Everyone else leaves a bad taste in my mouth like I'm bothering them or something.
Customer service is really bad, they barely acknowledge you're there and when I was asked what I needed the woman just left me there and went to talk to a teller. The other receptionist had to take care of me, I just needed a debit card and they can barely show any emotion other than hating being there and hate having you there
I have been with Navy Fed for 8years. We loved the branch in killeen Texas but then we moved to Hawaii. Every time I walk into the branch the tellers and reps don't seem to care about you. It seems like they don't care and don't even want to be there. I wanted to deposit a check today and they wanted to place it on a 2 day hold. I asked them why and they just kept giving me the run around. We never had this issue in Texas and its sad they treat members with no respect. I wish they would all get some customer service training. Sad but today is my last day with this branch.
The pearl branch is nothing like this.
The first thing you see when you walk in is a desk with a person greeting you. You'd think they'd put the nicest person up there but I went in today and was greeted with the rudest woman. Told me what I was going to do multiple times as well as interrupting me and repeating back to me what I had just said so I sounded dumb. If Carla is at the front desk just go see someone else. Don't even bother.
