Will never come back to this salon since it is way over price and the job doesn't match the price.

I have had bad experiences from other salons in the past. For some reason, as soon as I say that I am a stay-at-home mom I end up with the "mom cut" even though I didn't ask for it. With my previous bad experiences, I made the terrible mistake of trying to DIY my hair. Once I realized that I screwed up, I stopped, and made an appointment as soon as I could. Sonny save the day! Not only did he make me presentable, he gave me a stylish cut! I am so happy that he saved me from total embarrassment. My husband and I had a good laugh at my expense.
Pricey. Didn't like the cut I got. But they did do a great job on the color. Although it cost me a fortune.
Disappointed for spending more than expected (root touch up $65 which i think is unnecessary since I requested a whole new all over hair color, balayage $180 which doesnt look balayage since the roots are to straight, $65 creative coloring which is toning, $300 brazilian blow out for a short bob total $645) since the color was not what I want. I requested dusty lavander got rose goldish pinkish color . So I called and the MS Jovet sched me to get it fixed. I was so anxious coz I just got a blowout, they re-bleach my hair eveb though it is already a 6 and 8, so really scared it will fry. So they started the process and with their magic hands my hair didn't look fry at first and somewhat got the color that I want.. then after 2 wash the ends turns to gray and looks dry. So instead of going back i just let it go and find a new hairstylish.
