Good Parking Close to entrance in case of rain, double drive through lanes, good seating options inside and out.
Everyone knows McDonald's restaurants. Their service is fast, priced nicely and inside the restaurant is always clean. Also the convenience of having a drive thru helps keep the inside of the restaurant less crowded. So 5 stars for convenience. It is difficult to argue against that.
Drive throug's are almost as bad as going into the store. Most or rather more of the work force at McDonald's is gearing toward the drive through. So it would seem that if you are in a hurry as most of us are these days the drive through is the way to go. You will find that if you go inside much less of the staff are working at the walk in area. So the service is much slower than one would expect. SO MUCH FOR "FAST FOOD"!
Always clean nice friendly service! When I am in the mood for Micky-d's I travel here instead of going to the one down the street. This place has ample parking, easy access, clean, and friendly service.
There was talk before about how other fast food restaurants were impacting MCD and how MCD would be left behind the competition. I know that as long as there are grandparents and grandchildren Mickey d's will always be busy and thrive because MCD is the restaurant of choice for little kids and grandma and grandpa.
Good service, they hire neighborhood students, contribute to our community, host fundraising events for our SPADA for Mililani high school graduates to have a safe drug and alcohol fred grad night, etc.....
The dollar menu and various promotions such as Big Mac Monday's add to the customer draw. There is always something that the customer can buy that will save money. So 5 stars for value.
