Even though they were short staffed the day i brought my car in to get tires put on, they managed to turn it around quickly and they had great customer service.
I needed new tires for my SUV just after shipping it to Hawaii from Virginia. I wanted all weather tires which were not readily available at this location. They ordered the tires and then called me for an appointment to have them put on. They took a little longer than quoted to put them on, but they explained the truck is old and needed extra care. I would rather they do it right then fast so I appreciated that. Everyone there was friendly and helpful.

I went there and they told me it was going to be an hour and a half. I walked back to see my car in the parking space i left it. I asked him long it would be giving them them the benefit of doubt. He told me an hour. 15 minutes later my car wasnt moved. I wasted 2 hours to be in the same situation im in now. I wish i could give them no stars.
Today was a pretty chill day at the Goodyear, just got a couple tires looks good, even though the staff was busy they helped me out got the car done fast, and yup thanks to my friends dad and fellow staff, rajah
