The reception and the front staff are completely dysfunctional. They give out the wrong information, they will deny making appointments for minor children, they will threaten you, and they continuously try to stir up drama. Be very careful when dealing with this Clinic they are very well known for violating HIPAA. Don't take it out on the doctors however, the resident doctors are exceptional and they are extremely friendly and have wonderful spirits they just need to clean out the front.
This office does not rate a one star. The building itself is to any doctor office standard. Cleanliness is not their strong point. My Doctor was not a licensed doctor but ONE IN TRAINING..Someone else mentioned that from a post 3 years ago. Two visits and I was referred to another office because this office does not specialize in Men's Health. Called for my medical records today so I can take them to a speciality doctor and guess what?? NO MEDICAL RECORD could be found. Don't waste your time coming here.
This reception are the most rude crude and socially unacceptable people I have ever had to deal with in my entire life I cannot imagine. The resident doctors are fabulous. Dr. Lovedhi Aggarwal, is the most rude and threatening individual. I have been disabled for many many many years and suffer from a nerve sciatica. Is this even a real doctor oh my God. I have three minor children who go here and love their resident doctors and I absolutely adore. Dr. Palafox.
Very bad at communicating with costuremers. I watch almost all the staffs in the room do nothing but talk story's to each other. If you're an Walkin they make you wait for 3hours or longer and all of the staffs are doing nothing when they can check on you. Honestly they should just shut this place down already. They only care about their paychecks not the customers. I'll give them 0 stars if there was rating for 0 star.
My son needed a school physical to go to college & they had NO IDEA what to do. We were there for almost 3 HOURS and I still had to go back the next day to pick up 1 piece of paper. Incompetent. One girl behind the desk was helpful, the rest were rude as hell. The whole office had a weird, uninviting vibe. NEVER AGAIN!!
OOH MY GOD ! So this place is incompetent. My mother has to beg and plead to get appointments for my baby brothers. The front desk are a some cackling old grumpy expired hags. They refuse to answer the phone 80% of the time. You cant get help or better. Their advice for a sick child is go to E. R. These people are crazy. My Doctor is good but the front desk is constantly running interference and playing games. They need psycological help. While they're at it they could get some training with communication filing faxing and learn proper etiquette over the telephone as well. When I am watching my mother stress out and my baby brothers being sick I am totally pissed. We literally have to have someone else on the phone with us every time we call these people and we have to document every single solitary thing and give it to our attorney at this point because they have consistently been trying to throw my baby brothers out of this clinic for no reason I am so mad.
