Google says it closes at 7pm, i came at 520 and it was closed. The window says closed at 5. Drove out here for nothing. I could have drove to town if their time was accurate. Complete waste of time and gas
Difficult customer service at counter. No answer when calling their listed phone number during business hours. In addition, "24-hour lobby" signage is wrong--lobby is closed at 5p. Tricky driveway with only one exit, and only right turns allowed at exit, though no u-turns allowed at next intersection.
i mailed a 3 personal check to my tenant,and to pay the speeing ticket and water company to set up my auto payment last month but never received and i indeed paying a late fee to my tenant and reported to my credit score as a delay payment.i contacted the post office couple of times but until now check still missing.and i order a life poof case for my phone Fedex drop the mail to post office a week ago didn't receive yet i don't know whats going on to this USPS here in Hawaii...
Won't answer the phone or bring my mail to my mail box. Usps in Hawaii is about as useful as having an ass with no hole...... worst customer service I have ever received anywhere from anyone.
The Wahiawa post office sucks because of damage, theft and loss so we switched to Mililani. Turns out it's just as bad. They lock the lobby earlier than the sign says so we are forced to use the drive through mail box. Today we came home to a burnt-to-a-crisp chunk of a bill we mailed yesterday with a lame apology from the post office. We paid several bills, but I was told most of the mail was destroyed and what remained need to be inspected. Inspected for what? It's burnt and there are no security cameras. End of story. I'm just glad we paid with checks and not money orders. Also before this, we mailed a gift card to our nephew in Washington for graduation from the inside of this branch using the machine AND buying extra insurance. Well, that was over a month ago and the tracking number says it never left the island. The uspo inspector briefly wrote back to say that he thinks custoextras it. Still no refund yet.
