Kevin was very professional & knowledgeable. My daughter is trying to grow her hair out & he gave his opinion along with other options. In the end we decided to just clean it up & we will visit him again to update her hair in a couple months.
Went in at 4:30. They were busy. Scheduled appointment for 6. I'm still sitting here waiting til 7pm. At least they have me a discount.
Two customers, two employees and NOBODY waiting. No, I don't have an appointment (it's supercuts!!) yet I'm asked to call first or make an appointment for 3 1/2 hour later...
Only been once. Walked in and didn't wait long, prices, cut my hair well but thinned it out wayyy more then I wanted it to be and took more off the bottom then asked for. My hair is already thin as it is.
I have had this issue several times. We have called ahead and scheduled appointments with them for my husband. We get there and still have to wait 30minutes or longer until they call him back.. whats the point of making an appointment. Obviously if we call and say we need it for this time and you say okay, make it happen bc we need it at that time. Not make him late for work or his other things going on bc you dont have good time management skills. Every single time.. you have a better chance of walking in and getting seen before your appointment time.
