They only get a star because the site requires it. I moved into an apartment they had charged the previous tenants $150 to clean, and had neglected to clean the horrible dog urine stains out of the carpet. I know these were urine because it still smelled fairly strongly. I used a Rug Doctor on the carpet and picked up enough dog hair I could swear the dog still lived there. These folks do not deserve your business. Hardly professional cleaning when the rental vaccuum I got down the street does a better job.
