Ashley called me prior to the scheduled arrival time to let me know exactly when she would be arriving and was right on time. Her staff were very professional and friendly. She took the time to explain her hourly rates and what options were available to me. After she and I went through the house and all the work details Ashley and her team went right to work. Ashley called me back just prior to finishing up so I could meet to inspect the completed job. All I can say is WOW! The difference in the house was amazing. Ashley is an angel and very professional. I couldn't be happier. Thank you Ashley.
AMAZING JOB! Very please of how my couch, love seat, and 2 upholster chairs came out. There was only 1 stain on a cushion that Sean couldn't get out, but it was so faint I could barely see it. My window was from 2-4pm and he arrived @ 2:15pm. I also got a call prior to give me a 30min notice. Sean even pointed out some small tears in the couches to be mindful of. Very professional, he didn't even mind my JackRussell. Highly recommend this company.
My wife and I had to work so we let them do the cleaning in our absence and as long as the landlord was happy we were happy. Well I guess they took that as an open invitation to make a lot of money and charge us for 19 man hours of cleaning at $37.50 per hour on a small apartment. If you can't be there don't rely on them to do the right thing, they will be perfectly content to keep working and charging you all along the way until you tell them to stop. And even after 19 hours they didn't even clean the windows or screens
5 stars for the cleaning/ minus 4 for taking way too long to do the job and driving the cost up
