iPhone went in the ocean. Turned out it was not repairable, but they opened it up and didn’t charge me. They were fast and professional and I would recommend them highly.
My daughter dropped her iPhone 5S and cracked her screen. I looked for closest place to repair her screen expecting it to take several days to fix. I was surprised when I called and they told me it would take 1 1/2 to 2 hours to complete. Brought her phone in at 3pm and they called by 4:30pm to let me know it was done. The store was very welcoming with large fish tank, staff were courteous and professional, and got job done quickly!

I was a upper management leader here in Hawaii for a major wireless carrier and found mobile remedies a great partner for our customer experience.
