Poor customer care!

This place is the worst worst worst. I am very disappointed in them. I came in with a jetpack to activate it and buy a prepaid card. They tried so hard to sell me into verizon. That's not how you buy customers. Plus he was like umm you need to have an account to use this. I told him no its not true. After arguing for a while i had to call one of my friends and then he finally finally gave me my prepaid card. Omg. This is terrible customer service.
I said "You couldn't have given me a warning that after 8pm you can not start a new transaction!?"

Great customer service from the beginning until the end. Helped us get a new plan with Verizon, as we switched from AT&T. Let us pick our own plan that would fit our needs instead of pressuring us into something else.
Went there to get a new nano sim card for my new phone (old one didn't fit). They hooked me up for cheap. Friendly workers, clean shop, and a good location. Instead of upselling me to upgrade to new service, he said I need to keep it because it's a bit cheaper than what they would offer. Nice.
Just stay away and go to a actual Verizon store. This is a authorized private seller and will make their own rules for sales. Went in looking for and iPhone X. They had one and I was so happy. That lasted for about 30 seconds. Turns out they said they could only sell it to me as a bundle deal with a tablet per Verizon’s orders because the x was so limited. I was like nope sorry I got 6 lines already don’t want to or need to add more. Was just looking for and upgrade. They said no sorry nothing they could do Verizon won’t let them. Left and immediately called Verizon in parking lot. Asked them why do I have to buy a tablet to get the x? The lady on the phone was like no you don’t, that’s ridiculous. So I told her about it. So she was like I’ll call store and see what’s going on. She asked location, I told her, and that’s when it clicked and she said oh I’m sorry that not a Corporate store so they are allowed to make their own rules. She assured me that is not something Verizon would have them do and it is all them just being greedy for sales. She told me to check out the one in pearl city it is one of their stores and won’t try to screw you over. I called around and no one else seem to have the iPhone X in stock. This being only one should tell you something isn’t right. It seems to me this store may have it but their greed is to much and others are like me and would rather wait for restocking then be screwed over. I get up selling and I can get behind it to a point. This is just to much. Don’t let their lies fool you. Go up the road to corporate store.
I asked alot of questions. Bc switching phones and getting into a new service agreement plus paying about $30 more a month is a big decision for me! Then I was finally ready to buy! And he says, "sorry it's 8pm, were closed." My jaw dropped!!
I won't be back there! I'm sure that tech will be happy to not see me again!
