First of all, i want to say that he was very prompt in returning my calls, second of all he was very flexible and willing to work with my schedule to suit my needs. Todd was very knowledgeable and passionate about his business so much so that it seemed more like a hobby than anything else, it really made me feel like i could trust the advice he was giving me man to man rather than he was just trying to sell a product to pay his bills. All around it was a great experience working with Todd, he presents his business very professionally yet in a relaxed atmosphere that is pressure free and not confusing for the computer illiterate.
