While the store was busy, the staff took their time and patience with helping upgrading our phones. During so, they made every effort to obtain every possible discount to save us money.
Other than that, the guy who helped us was knowledgeable about the phones and was very nice to our 2 year old. He can be overwhelming sometimes...
If I could put 0 stars I would. This place is the worst carrier store I've ever encountered. First off, they are a third party store and they cannot do certain things due to that reason. We had bought our iPhones from there and within a week we changed our minds and switched over to at&t. There was a return warranty so we should get our money back. The warranty or whatever you call it, was posted on a sheet at the front desk so we knew for sure we'd get our money back. Anywho I almost lost my phone number that I've had for 7 years because of those sprint people and we still have collection agencies telling us that we owe money on our phones and that they didn't get the phones back?! Wtf! Don't go here unless you want a headache then by all means.
Very nice people, but I've only had complications with my phone since switching to sprint. No service anywhere and my phones SIM card was locked and then sent another one that also didn't work. I've had the phone for almost three weeks an out of the three weeks only one of those weeks my phone worked. When talking to customer service they were horrible no help what so ever, they just kept repeating themselves. If your reading this DO NOT switch to sprint they are by far the worst phone company I've ever experienced.
Hidden between two buildings, the Sprint store was relatively easy to find. The staff here is really friendly and helpful. The store is not the biggest, but still holds a great selection of phones & tablets.
Best customer service I've ever had from a phone company, EXCEPT we traded in our phones when switching from Verizon and the guy failed to tell us it wouldn't complete the port until the following day. We had no phone service for a full 12 hours, which could have been disastrous if either my wife or I got recalled by our units.
