Too long didn't read; if your phone breaks from a manufacturers defect then be prepared for witchy and terrible service from JC while having to pay forty dollars. Just ask for a manager immediately.
Went in to replace my second lgv10 which had bootlooped (don't buy lg). JC, the sales lady that tried to help me had a terrible attitude. Due to this being tmobiles fault for a new phone after only two months expedited the shipping. Instead of just sending it they have to charge you and then credit your account.
I asked JC to look and see if I had been credited and she said there was nothing on the account. So I called tmobile and after I was already on the phone (yes, I had to call a tmobile support number inside of a tmobile store) she said that there was a credit. So I still had to pay the forty dollars. I went to swipe my card and swiped the wrong one and asked her to cancel it. She reached onto the display and hit cancel on that turning it into a credit transaction instead of a debit transaction to the wrong card.
At this point I'm annoyed and ask for a manager. She takes him into a back room for a good five minutes before he comes out alone to try to help me out. Amiable guy and did remarkably well at being personable with me even with things outside of his power.
Great customer service. If I didn't understand something they had no issue explaining it and making sure I got the most for my buck
Instead of apologizing for her mistake when she pushed the buttone she says, "well next time don't use the wrong card" and that there is no way to cancel the teansaction while at the same time letting me continue my replacement.
Slow with attending to my issue. For some reason anytime a new person came by, they dropped us and helped them. When we told them needed to go so we could get to work (which was true) they focused a bit better. I don't think you should have to say that. Although, the the job itself was done fine.
We were told by one of their employees that we qualify for their promotional offer of upgrading our phones for free. We go through the time-consuming process which required us to pay off our existing phones. Already, this promotional offer is costing us $ we didn't want to spend. We even bought our cases from them even though we could buy them cheaper elsewhere . About 2 weeks later, we get a text that something is wrong with our recent purchase. We find out we don't qualify and so either we pay $40 more per month or we have to return the phones. It's not even our fault. Time to look for another carrier!
Terrible experience. I would drive to any other T-mobile location instead of dealing with their customer service. Especially since they were working with my wife.
