This is my favorite sub shop in the world. Been going to Jersey Mike's for over 10 year's and I'm so happy that they finally have a JM here on the island.
Best "fast food" IMHO, better than that "other" place. Clean and service pretty fast considering the crowds. Subs fresh and tasty like I remember from east coast hoagies, etc. Supreme club and pastrami Reuben pretty damn good 4 da price. 2 for 1 coupon but good only til 22 Oct 17, Facebook. Flr mgrs looked/sound like from east coast; not quite the "Joisey" accent/attitude but friendly. Frankly, that "Joisey" attitude (& i mean it in all the most positive way possible) adds to the ambience & dining experience, again in the most positive way possible). & I may b romanticizing the entire damn thing, but what the hell.
They cut the meat and cheese to order. Bread is made in house same with the cookies and brownies. Great place to bring the family and have a fantastic sub.
You'll love this place. Great atmosphere, great staff here and of course the best subs in the world.
Great customer service great atmosphere. Can tell it just opened by some of the kinks. But still a great place to eat.

This was the first time we have been here and honestly to me it was nothing special. Prices are ridiculous... Take a look at my receipt. First, they had my order wrong. I should have told them the number I wanted because they screwed up my sandwich. But the guy taking the order was really nice. I liked his attitude and he even joked with us. I didn't want to take my sandwich back so I ate it anyway. Second, The girl at the register seemed in a rush. Not very polite. I kind of had a feeling it must have been a long day for her so I observed her when she took someones order...sure enough she had that same attitude. After a few minutes, she was done working and sat at a table. Third, the tables wasn't clean but we just wiped it down with a napkin. Ok so now on to the sandwiches. We had #17 and #56. But I wanted the Big Kahuna with vegetables only. We thought the sandwiches were ok. I could've just went to Charlie's. However, I loved the bread and the cheese. The meat was ok. My husband doesn't want to eat here again and he is from the East Coast. I still want to give it another try but I want to go during the day and will make sure they get my order correct this time. I may change my review if the daytime crew can do better than the night crew. We will see.
If you don't know what to get i always suggest the #13 Italian and of course gotta have it Mike's way (lettuce,onion,tomato, oil and vinegar) If you like got subs and don't know what to get i suggest getting the #56 big kahuna cheese steak
