I AM WARNING PEOPLE WITH CHILDREN WHO WILL EAT HERE !!!!!!!!!!!! I was very concern with my famlies service, I found a cockroach between my gyozo, the owner was not there to communicate with us about the situation, most of the workers do not speak good English, waitresses do not know how to handle the situation, we are praying and hoping that they do not use pesticides to control these bugs, and there is a possibly my famliy may get very sick cause they are babies. I would not give them a star but google wont let me post unless so thats that.

Then a somewhat minor thing: the music played on the overhead speakers is simply a radio tuned to 104.3, so I spent a decent portion of my meals listening to commercials. Surely they could afford something like a Spotify subscription (maybe there's a hefty business price?), it just felt like a lazy oversight; who wants to listen to commercials when they're paying to eat out?

Very good food. Had a somewhat bad experience the first time I ate here, difficulty communicating with the staff and got a dish I didn't order that I didn't really like. Gave them a second chance, and got what I wanted, it was delicious.

Four stars because of one issue and one minor niggle. First, the staff on both occasions were a bit hard to communicate with, and I just wasn't impressed with their level of professionalism. I suppose that's the status quo in Hawaii.

Tasty food, especially theirs bakery

A good place to come in for almost anytime of the day! I've been here for breakfast, lunch, and dinner,(Not on the same day, though!) and while the menu remains the same as always, there are the fresh bakery items such as their charsiu manapuas, egg tarts, and many others! They have choices for everyone, from people who need a bite on the go,to people on a budget,or even people looking to buy party platters. Come a little later in the morning and there will be fresh bread and items ready to be taken away, whether in a box,or your growling stomach! Looking for cheaper, more filling fare? Try the combos, which generally include 3 things,an example would be their curry mochiko chicken with rice, with a side of dumplings AND a bowl of ramen! The staff here are friendly and always happy to serve you, though they may not be able to communicate as well as they like, due to language barriers.

This is my favorite ramen shop! Everytime I come the ramen gets better and better! The combos can't be beat! You will leave full and happy honestly 10/10!!!
