Piss poor management. Not sure why every single food industry business in Hawaii gives not a single care in the world but it’s pathetic these low life’s in there 40s working a job that is meant for teenagers who are learning how to work can’t even get a single order right. Then protest to our government saying they deserve $15 an hour. Literally just ordered an $8 chicken tenders fill up box with a side of coleslaw. There’s a sign that says it comes with mashed potatoes and gravy with a biscuit and a cookie that’s advertised on the menu. I payed $11 to receive one chicken thaigh which is not what I ordered, no mashed potatoes or biscuit but at least they didn’t forget the tub of gravy that I most likely was expected to drink. I also was given no eating utensils because I guess the Hawaiian people just enjoy eating with there fat and disgusting hands. I truly hope one day the people entirely in charge of there organizations cracks down and fires everyone who can’t even succeed in what is known as the simplest of work in our country.
Never answers the phone. Even as I am looking at them from inside resturant. Poor service. Close at 10:00 but feel rushed to leave and not enough chicken to purchase. Ex: 20 piece hot wings. Response: we only have 12. For $12.00? It was 9:35. They need to serve customers til they close. The impression I got was they want to go home. Who cares about the customers. Went to Popeyes got we we ordered and they gave us extra chicken. Surprised us.. Will definately share that with everyone. Felt very welcome and I didn't even mention what we just experienced with YOU. SLOPPY SERVICE. Anothers words instead of trying to sell us whats sitting under a heat lamp as left overs. They served us hot fresh cooked chicken and then some. I hope all will read this including your managers or maybe I should say OWNERS.
Excellent customer service. The young man at the register payed attention to how I wanted my order. I was serviced quickly! KFC always has great prices and their food is great too! Clean and air conditioned place to sit and eat at! I will continue to come here !
Good is okay. They put WAY too much gravy on the mashed potatoes and the have a limited selection of side items...mashed potatoes, coleslaw, and wedges
Not a Favorite Place for us. We have cold food, small portions, mistakes on our order. This is a poor place for value. I would go somewhere else.
